During my hotel career I have come across many good managers, however unfortunately I have met many, many more really poor and destructive manager who have directly lead hotel employees to leave the business or worse causing health risks and creating horrifying work conditions.

MICHAL ŠRAJER
7 years ago Michal founded studio Inmite (Czech leader in smartphone apps development) together with his two friends. He named himself “Chief Happiness Officer” at that time with a mission to discover ways how to make work more fulfilling for people. Two years ago Inmite became a part of security company Avast through acquisition. And Michal continues his search for happiness at work in much bigger scale now.

Šimon PánekSimon has been a fighter for human rights since his student days in the 80's.
In 1992 Simon co-founded the help organisation "People in Need" (PIN) as well as "Epicentrum" the newspaper covering conflict areas around the world. Today he runs PIN programs including humanitarian development and human rights offices abroad and in Czech Republic with globally employing over 800 people and has an annual budget of 30-40million USD. Alongside his work in PIN Simon is involved in various organisations influencing governments to improve and develop cooperation and democracy. Simon has co-directed 5 hour documentary series about Stalinism in Czechoslovakia, Human Rights in Bosnia, Lebanon, Kosovo and Tibet. Simon has received several awards; noticeable European Hero in 2003, Post Bellum Award CZ 2010. Jíří RozvařilJiří is passionate about improving not only productivity and efficiency, but people’s satisfaction as well. He studies the causes of the frustration of managers and workers.
