Sonja Lyubomirsky: The science of happiness interventions
Happiness not only feels good; it is good. Happy people have more stable marriages, superior health, and higher incomes. Fortunately, experiments have shown that people can intentionally increase their happiness. In this presentation, I will describe new research on the “how” of happiness—that is, when and why such practices as gratitude or kindness work “best” and how small and simple activities can transform people into happier and more flourishing individuals.

Margit Slimáková: Tired, exhausted and hungry employee can not do much
Why is it important to invest in the health of our employees and how? What diet is the most beneficial to our health, feeds our microbes properly, is the prevention and supportive therapy of today's most common diseases? What are the most common nutritional errors and how can we easily avoid them? My recommendations for each of you and for your businesses.

Radka Maňáková: My happy, gender-incorrect, me
What energy gives us the freedom to let us be in the principle that full-fills us? How much energy will save us if we do not limited ourselves, just because we can not appreciate the gifts of both polarities across the society? Enjoy yourselves, do not expect any gender madness, wait for surprise!

Petr Pouchlý: How much trust is enough?
You can open any book about management or leadership and sooner or later, there will be a whole article on the importance of trust in the team. Usually it's easier said than done. Reasons why it does not work are mostly the same. You can not build trust in whole organization if you do not know how to work with transparency, candor and honesty. Because being "just" transparent and honest in the CEO statement is not enough. It's about radical change of perspective in the whole company. Your first try will fail, other tries may succeed. Let's do the first step together.

Monika Hilm: Put Your People First and the rest will follow
Even the intricate customer service training and manuals cannot wiring good customer service from an employee who hates her job; at best you get mechanical, impersonal adherence to the service concept, which customers see through immediately. On the other hand when employees love their jobs and feel valued as people they have the energy and innate desire to give great customer service and will go above and beyond for the guests. Its just a fact that happy people want others to be happy. It all starts with leadership; the best way to get staff to care about guest/customers/clients is for management to care about their staff.
